Q: What is the best method to ship my disks?
A: Believe or not the good old United States Postal Service is likely your most cost effective method. For less than a dollar you should be able to ship a single disk to us for processing.Q: How should I pack my disk?
A: You can purchase special disk shipping envelopes, but they are generally unecessary. Instead place the disk(s) in normal padded shipping envelope.
Data Security
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Only CopyMyFloppy.com staff will have physical access to your disk once they arrive. The contents of your Floppy disk will promptly be placed in a password protected zip file and emailed to you. Zip disk data will be posted to our secure website for seven days. A unique download location will be provided to you.Q: What happens to my disks after the transfer is complete? What about my data?
A: If the transfer is successful the physical disk will be destroyed.Pending confirmation that the customer has received the data it will be erased from our system. If we are unable to copy your data the disk will be returned to you via 1st Class Mail.
